Outside there is plenty of car parking space and a mature garden with a couple of hammocks. In the porch area there is a large wooden table that seats 8 for al fresco dining. Likewise, there is large wooden table in the paved area at the back of the villa with a built-in barbeque. This area is a fantastic sun trap.
Only 550m from the sea as the crow flies - close enough to hear the waves crashing on the beach. Shortest walk to the beach is 1.4 km. People go to the beach just to watch the sunset, which can be stunning.
