Muy lindo apartamento para 6 personas, no faltaba nada para vivir a gusto, lo pasamos muy bien. Lo recomiendo

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the letting agency Casa Cooper for their lack of responsibility. I was expecting the letting agency to have checked the house for any insufficiency and for fulfilling their legal requirements. We came for a 2 weeks holiday and the house turned out to be uninhabitable due to severe sewage smell in the whole house and flies in the kitchen that did not go away. When we told her she said she knew and had lived there herself and even taped up the drain lid in the bathroom and ventilation in the kitchen. We were astonished that this had not been fixed since she claimed to know about the issues. She came with air fresheners which made it worse. After two days we had to move. The letting agency did not offer any help. The complaint book, the fire alarm and the first aid box was missing from the house, which is a legal requirement in Spain and my right to make a complaint legally taken away from me. The agency just said they did not have these things. I asked if they checked the houses before guests arrive, she just shrugged her shoulders. My option would have been to make a police report.
The owners of the house thankfully paid their share of the money back but the agency did not. We had to quickly rent another accommodation which left us about £700 pounds more out of pocket.
The agency refused to take any responsibility for what happened and kept their money. They did not even help us to book another accommodation.
Other renters, beware of such handling of a complaint and never pay cash without a receipt.

Excellent stay. House comfortable and spacious with everything you need. Shared pool perfect addition, never struggled to get a sunbed. The town of Vejer is beautiful, if you like eating and drinking, the food is amazing with a wide variety of great restaurants. Would overall highly recommend staying with Casa Cooper!

Easy parking, a lived-in space with well equipped kitchen. The old town of Vejer is fabulous and the restaurants around here excellent, about 20 minutes walk away. Plenty of space. The pool is a short walk away, and is very popular.

Fantastic accommodation in a beautiful town.

We have been to Vejer many times, and this year we rented Casa Colina for a 3 week period for the whole family.
The house was perfect for our stay, well equipped and very comfortable - it was lovely having beach chairs, umbrellas cool boxes etc provided, which we used most days - even in October the weather was glorious.
We love this part of Spain and always manage to find somewhere new to visit whether it be inland, or another beautiful sandy beach.

Estuvimos en Casa Bonita en agosto de 2018. Casa muy confortable y con todos los detalles necesarios para hacerte sentir como en tu propio hogar, situada en una zona residencial muy tranquila donde es fácil el aparcamiento y muy próxima a la piscina comunitaria. Totalmente recomendable.

Stayed at Casa Shelley in July. Flew in to Jerez which is a nice and quiet airport so got through baggage, and car hire etc. in no time at all. It's a 40 min drive to Vejer, prepare yourself for some steep roads in the town, but the house is relatively easy to find.

We were greeted by Helen who was very helpful and provided plenty of tips about the area. The house itself was spotlessly clean, very spacious and almost a home from home. The kitchen had everything we needed and bathrooms more than adequate. We were slightly concerned by the lack of aircon, but there are fans available which made it quite bearable.

The swimming pool is a short walk away, it's a good size with plenty of sunbeds, but gets busy at certain times of the day.

The house is about a 20-25min stroll into Vejer town centre, it's sat on the top of a gorge so some of the views are wonderful. The town is full of cobbled streets and whitewashed houses and probably the nicest town we've been to in Spain. The food can be a bit on the pricey side, but in general well worth it. I would recommend booking some of the restaurants because it does get busy. It's all very typically Spanish, and not a Chinese or Curry to be found!

In terms of the general area, this is a lovely part of Spain. Cadiz is worth visiting as is Seville, there are some wonderful beaches, and watching the sunset is a must. Tarifa on the southern tip is also worth a day out, especially for the whale and dolphin watching.

We will definitely go back, I would highly recommend the area and apartments that Linda manages.

We had such a wonderful stay here. Fabulous accommodation and wonderful to have so many supplies for our 16 month old daughter - cot, high chair, toys etc. A great location and a fantastic allimentacion just around the corner. A lovely week!
