Sitio correcto de café, aunque un poco postureo. Son un pelin pesados a la hora de como hay que tomarse el café y te venden un café con aromas etc que me pareció normalito.

El camarero es muy agradable, te explica todo, de donde es el café, la leche, el cacao. Y las bebidas están muy buenas. Muy recomendable.

Pedimos el ice matcha y el cold brew. Ambos súper buenos. El matcha como tiene que saber un matcha de verdad, nada de alteraciones con azúcar. El personal muy majo y se nota que controla, porque te lo explica todo. Y el precio muy ajustado para lo que estamos acostumbrados a ver en el mercado.

After a week of uncomplicated “local” Spanish coffee and not one place that served oat milk, we really craved a good quality “hipster” coffee. This place hit the spot. We went there 2x and both hot and cold coffee’s and matcha were super tasty. The owner is really lovely and has happy unicorn vibes. Tip: the banana cookie is delicious 🍪

I couldn’t agree more with all the positive reviews, as discovering Ginger & Vanilla Cafe was the absolute highlight of our stay and exactly what was missing in Vejer — a warm, friendly and cosy space that is so perfectly informal and relaxed that it immediately becomes part of your daily routine.
The coffee is genuinely some of the best I’ve ever tasted, and it quickly became my daily must-have, together with the mini croissant. The barista and owner were absolute stars, making us feel really welcome and giving us great recommendations.
I now have one more reason to look forward to my next visit to Vejer! :)

Un pequeño y encantador café justo a la entrada de Vejer. Tomamos uno de los mejores flat whites, café con leche y café cortados. Solo tuvimos que volar 2500 kilómetros para llegar allí. Un joven muy amable prepara un café de excelente calidad. ¡Muchas Gracias y hasta luego!

Estuvimos el domingo y la verdad que nos encantó. El dependiente, tenia bastante faena porque entro un grupo de golpe pero no dudó en estar el tiempo necesario con nosotros y aconsejarnos como queriamos el café. Y despues la calidad del café y la leche de coin. Simplemente espectacular. Mi consejo si pasais, es dejaros aconsejar. Sin duda cuando pasemos por Vejer, volveremos.
