We have been known Kaly for several years now, and she has repeatedly shown us different options for our goal of finding a property in Vejer. Especially as foreigners who were not familiar with the Spanish real estate market and purchasing process, we can highly recommend Kaly and her team! She answered all of our questions and provided a lot of information and helpful advice, from financing to setting up water and electricity. The agency also offers renovation and property management services, which we continue to use.
Thank you very much for your patience and for the professional and dedicated support and service!

We have been clients at De La Luz Properties for nearly two decades.
Throughout the years Kaly has handled all processes regarding the rental business and cleaning and maintenance of the house.
Just recently DLZ sold our house. Kaly took care of everything and was the communication hub between buyers, lawyer, town hall and seller. Everything done “par exellence” and at the fair and agreed price level.
We can only give DLZ our best recommendations and we would never hesitate to use them again.

They are very professional in every detail along the process, I can't think of a better partner in the important decisions it means to buy or sell a house. It was a great decision to buy my property in Vejer through De la Luz. A very fast and transperent process! I felt very well advised the whole time. Even after signing the contract, the De la Luz team helped me with many small and some larger problems! In addition, De la Luz was a fair mediator between the interests of seller and buyer.
